Wishlist Wednesday #4

Wishlist WednesdayWishlist Wednesday is a book blog meme where I will post about one book per week that has been on my wishlist for some time, or just added, that I can’t wait to get off the wishlist.

Thank you, Pen to Paper for hosting such a wonderful weekly meme!

For this Wishlist Wednesday I choose…drum roll please…..

Searching for Perfect is the series continuation of Searching for Someday, which was surprisingly good for a contemporary Searching for Perfectromance paranormal. Three friends start a matchmaking business together, cliché I know, but Kate the first books MC gets tingles whenever she touches a couple that is meant for each other. They don’t use this power as their sole source of matchmaking, it’s more of a confirmation than anything. Weird but cool.

After reading about Kate I’m excited to see who Kennedy Ashe ends up with. Kennedy is the social director; a coach, consultant, and cheerleader rolled into one. She creates dream dates, and encourages singles to shine, basically the makeover guru.

These ladies are hot, successful, confident business women, but they weren’t always that way. Kate has a stutter that haunted her childhood and messes with her adulthood especially when she’s nervous or flustered. Super cute and endearing for the man who falls in love with her but super embarrassing for Kate that something so trite as a stutter messes with her life. Kennedy had probably still has (I don’t know) image issues. This girl had a tough time with her body, which is hard to believe because she’s so good at what she does and looks hot doing it.

I can’t wait to learn more about Kennedy.

What’s on your wish list?
